- A distributor’s territory can be one or more countries, or a continent.
- To continue the exclusive territory; every year a moderate number of units needs to be purchased.
- The distributor controls who resells the invention in their territory.
- The distributor might divide their territory to its resellers.
Combining Purchase Orders:
- Our combining purchase orders from different distributors will create a bigger order for the manufacturer.
- To be safer, more purchase orders are sought than the manufacturer’s minimum quantity.
- This is extra insurance should all expected purchase orders not come through.
